4. Account & Data Deletion

To delete your account and all associated personal data, please navigate to the Profile Settings within the app and select "Delete Account". Alternatively, you may send a formal request to support@trustxcare.in with the subject line "DATA DELETION REQUEST". We will process your request within 7 business days.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We implement end-to-end encryption for sensitive data transfers and utilize secure cloud environments managed by Supabase and Google Cloud.

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
